Lnobidick (Indian Point)

It is three miles east of the community of Mahone Bay.The Indian name was Lnobidick.At one time it was called Rous's point.Land here was resereved for Indians by Governor Belcher and from this fact the name is derived.

Oakland -Indian Point lots confirmed by Governor & Council against Capt. Joseph Rouse Claim

One has to wonder why some many parties lay claim to these said lands of Indain Point -Oakland.
